We sell a wide range of different digital gift codes. It does not matter where you are - you can buy any code from us for any country and use it anywhere in the world.
To start your order search or browse for the codes or codes you would like to buy. You can add as many codes as you like to your cart before you checkout. When you're ready to checkout, click on the cart icon and fill out your details. Please ensure you complete all details accurately, including your name, phone number, email address and billing address (the address linked with your payment method) to ensure we can verify your order and deliver your codes as quickly as possible.
Once you have entered all your details click to pay with PayPal. Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account - you can enter your card details instead.
Once you have completed your payment we will process your order and deliver your codes as quickly as possible. For existing customers we aim to deliver codes within 10 minutes. For new customers there may be a delay of up to one hour while we verify your order.
Yes. iTunes codes can only be in the correct country store, for example a US code can only be used in the US iTunes store, but you can create a US iTunes account and use the US store anywhere in the world. All our payments are handled via PayPal. Don't worry though if you don't have a Paypal account and don't want to sign up for one - after you click through to Paypal you will have the option to login or 'checkout as a guest' to enter your card details without creating an account.
Processing all payments through PayPal provides our customers with the highest level of convenience and security. There is no need to enter any payment details directly into our site and if you have a PayPal account you can checkout in seconds.

Our standard delivery method is by email. Your codes will also be displayed in your miTunes.tv account.
For some products there may also be the option to choose gift certificate (your code is added to a decorative gift certificate ready to print or forward to the recipient), direct credit (we add the codes directly to your iTunes account), or account setup (we create an iTunes account for you and add your codes to it).
Verified customers will normally receive their codes instantly by email and on screen. This is subject to your order being within your current limit for automatic delivery. This limit is set automatically based on how long you have been a customer with us, and how many orders you have previously placed. Don't worry if your order exceeds your limit for automatic delivery
For new customers we are required to verify all orders as an anti-fraud measure. We verify new customers between 8am and midnight, UK time, 365 days a year. During these hours it may take up to one hour to verify your order and despatch your code. If you order outside of these times we will process your order as quickly as possible when we reopen.
As a fraud prevention measure we are required to verify all new customers before we dispatch their first order, to confirm that the person who placed the order is the genuine holder of the payment details used.
Fraudulent orders are a potential problem with any electronic transaction, but in most transactions some form of verification is built in. When you buy something instore you verify the transaction by entering your PIN, signing your name or showing ID. When you buy physical goods online most websites will only agree to send them to the billing address for your payment card so just by being at that address to receive the goods you verify your order. There would be no point in a fraudster ordering goods to your address as they would never receive them!
For online purchases of codes and other intangible items there is no in-built verification, and as a result we receive a large number of fraudulent orders. In order to protect our genuine customers and keep our prices as low as possible we, like other online sellers of digital products, use a range of methods to verify orders and ensure we only deliver codes to genuine customers.
We know you want your code as soon as possible so we do our best to complete verification as quickly as possible. We are able to verify most orders automatically without requiring any additional information from the customer. This may result in a short delay in processing orders from new customers. We aim to process all new orders within one hour, but it is often a lot quicker than this. For a small proportion of complex or high value orders verification may take longer.

If you select gift certificate as your delivery method we will put your code in a decorative format with an iTunes image and space for your personal message. You can then print the certificate or forward it to the recipient. There is an example here.
Yes! We offer this service completely free with any purchase from us. If it is available, please select ‘account setup’ as your delivery method. If the option is not available please contact us via chat and we will do our best to help. Alternatively please take a look at our easy guides to create one on a PC/Mac or iPhone/iPad.
Yes – please select ‘direct credit’ as your delivery method. For direct credit orders over $50 we are currently offering a 10% bonus – buy $50 and receive $55 in your account. This option is currently only available for certain codes. In order to add the credit to your account we require your Apple ID and password. For your security these will be stored in our secure site and deleted after use. You may also wish to change your password before you place your order and change it again after we have added your credit. If you would rather not share your login details with us please select an alternative delivery method.
Yes - we ask that all customers create an account with us in order to place an order. This does not require any extra details except what password you would like to use to access your account.
By creating an account it is much easier for you to access the codes you have bought from us and keep track of your orders - just log into your account to view your previous orders.
It will also make ordering from us in future much faster - you'll be able to log in and won't need to enter all your details again.
You can request a refund at any time up to when we dispatch your code(s). All refunds are processed within 24 hours. After we have sent your codes we do not offer refunds. This is standard policy across all gift card retailers as there is no way to discern whether or not the code has been used.
In order to use an iTunes code you will need an iTunes account for that country. Please ensure you are logged into an account for the correct country before you redeem your code.
If you do not already have an iTunes account for the correct country you can use our guides to quickly and easily create one. The guides can be accessed from the bottom of any page on miTunes.tv.
On an iPhone or iPad open the iTunes Store, iBooks, or App Store and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click redeem and enter your code.
On a PC or Mac, open iTunes and log in to your account for the same country as your code. There are two places you can click to redeem your code. There is a redeem link in the quick links section of any iTunes home screen, and there is also a redeem option when you click on 'account' in the top menu.
